Average by-the-numbers b-action movie. Standard plot, standard performances, standard action. The gimmick of him being a junkie was kinda unique I guess...

The chase/revenge core works well enough as the sort of thing you'd have on in the background. But every time it tries to go for something deeper than that, it fails.

_Final rating:★★ - Had some things that appeal to me, but a poor finished product._
