Unfinished CGI, lame creature costumes, awkward acting, very cheesy and the funniest accents i've heard in a while. Horrible "score" it sounded like someone banging a spoon against a casserole, mixed with the most generic action soundtrack. Some redeeming qualities are the gore, it's done right, the first act was enjoyable and it has lots of action. The locals were pretty intense. The eye patch douche major and Kabir were my favorites. Do I see a sequel setup at the end... seriously?

low expectations going in. expectations confirmed going out. the acting is awful, cliches abound and I laughed out loud when they needed to do their required slow-mo shot. The premise of the story was interesting - they didn't pull it off though.

“This is just like Cardiff on a Friday night.”

I cannot believe that the same director of The Descent (one my favourite horror movies) and Doomsday and some of the best episodes of Game of Thrones … wasted his talent and money on this awful mess.

Rubber suits, dodgy effects and unoriginal creatures - it’s all here.

Even the end credits have that cheesy TV movie feel about them.

Predictable, corny and barely worth the time… but it gets 4 for the eye candy and funny one liners.

The monster effects aren't too bad but thanks to the ropey script and even ropier accents of the movie's characters, this one is major disappointment from director Marshall.
