Terrible acting: just a consistent poor execution but an enjoyable storyline and plot.

one of my favorite shows of all time ruined by a terrible adaptation, with wrong pronunciation of the names and wrong canon references. disappointing in every sense.

Based off all the comments... I guess, it’s safe to say that I’m the only one who actually likes this film.

The only good things they did were the dressing and the character desing.

Lol, what an atrocious movie. Even if you ignore how it disrespects the masterpiece that is the original show, you’re still left with a trainwreck consisting of lifeless characters, underwhelming effects work, lazy storytelling and some of the worst acting in cinematic history.

What a waste of good cinematography.

Rushes one whole season of the show into not so long movie. Sue me, I think they got a lot right. Just not casting wise. The movie just needed to be longer.
There’s too much white washing and Indian villains. Hopefully the new show doesn’t think it needs more black people. As well as white people. Which isn’t the case. Japanese actors is what the movie is lacking.
Story wise, a lot is faithful. All the actors try but come off wooden nevertheless. The airbender action also comes off silly on screen. I am just not hard to please. I still, just can’t see the movie as awful.

It's not good but I didn't hate it.

I just don't understand why there are so much people complaining about a movie like this. Sure the anime is a lot better, but hey... ain't all the anime versions better then the movie? (Ghost in a shell, Dragonball, death note, reboot, batman, etc)
I liked this movie. It's easy to watch and the special effects are okay.

Quit whining and just enjoy the movies.

I thought "how bad can it be?" and had hope they had watched and liked the anime as well. Well, obviously they did not. If you liked the anime, don't torture yourself by watching this.

I didn't watch the show and I liked the film.

This movie isn't as bad as people say it is. It is FAR from perfect but it isn't completely terrible.
