Okay, I downgraded my rating to "4 Poor" because it basically deserves it. A fat, overdressed, bulky Steven Seagal had enough energy in his bloated, pasta-filled carcass to muster up about 10 seconds TOTAL of fight time in the entire movie...and that's divided up among 2 or maybe 3 "fight" scenes. It was pathetic...and I'm a diehard Seagal fan. This smelly pile of fly-infested carp (yes, I'm borrowing from Scott Adams' _Dilbert_ character) had one redeeming factor: It was "only" 90 minutes long…and thankfully 10-15 minutes of those were opening/closing credits where you weren't subjected to the atrocity of this story. What a steaming pile. Where to begin? I don't want to waste a lot of time and try to conceal spoilers; all I can say is, don't watch this. This is just pukealicious awful. This is just...this is just awful. Seagal has never been Academy Award-winning acting material, but at least as a tough guy he comes across as semi-believable. Here, he.... ai yi yi.... I'm lost for words. This thing just reeked. In my defense, I watched it only because I'm on some sick suicide mission to watch every Steven Seagal movie he starred in and I went into this one **knowing** it would be bad, but determined to get myself through it so I could (hopefully) watch another one that would replace my concept of Steven Seagal. Here's hoping that the next Seagal movie gives me **_at least_** a moment's reprieve from having watched this.

I have to say this, however: there was one statement made in the course of the movie that was absolutely spot-on and yet terrifyingly true at the same time. _"The smart bombs of the future will be microscopic. Germs are cheap…and they don't kill buildings."_
