_The Poison Rose_ is a fair film that takes a stab at being a suspenseful thriller. The movie has some twists, however, the actors' performances are better than the underwhelming plot. While the film doesn't break any new ground in terms of the genre, it's a decent watch for fans of the mystery-thriller genre.

Travolta's latest On Demand/DTV movie manages to drag down other prominent (or once prominent) actors with him, this time Morgan Freeman. Bad writing, poor editing, terrible direction, sub-par (and sometimes) awful acting, especially on Travolta's part just makes this a tough to sit through. Just em More
