Was a bit repetitive. Could have been shorter and still have gotten the message.

I expected this to be terrible. Sort of like "feel sorry for the super rich." While there is a certain amount of that, I mean how sorry can you feel for someone who thinks they've outgrown a 26,000 sq ft home? Jackie did turn out to be more than I expected. She's not your typical dumb trophy wife (she has a computer engineering major) though living with 'nothing to do' has left her a bit naive.

David, however, is absolutely everything I expected and more which means he's a pretty horrible person in every sense of the word from kicking out his first wife's kids when his second wife moved in to to his home to selling time shares to people who couldn't afford them (and knowing it). He's the kind of guy I'd never really want to know... ever. I had a hard time feeling sorry for him. His kids? Yeah. Him? Never.

This family also proves that money can't buy class.

This was actually a well made documentary, but I can't give it more than a 5 because of those filthy rich and completely delusional adults.

.. those poor nannies and maides who haven't seen their families and children back home in the Philippines in years.
.. those poor 7'000 employees who lost their jobs and have to watch **Jackie Siegel** buy truckloads of toys for her children who already have everything they can wish for and more. (But hey, there is plenty of room in the garage for another bike! And all those board games the parents won't ever play with their children!)
.. those poor pets who die of starvation and dehydration because they are treated like toys and exotic accessoires.
.. those poor dogs who aren't trained properly and therefore shit all over the house.

I could go on and on.. :zipper_mouth:

Really great film. Like how other critics have said, it's a healthy mix of compassion and schadenfreude. My opinions of members of the family definitely changed from the beginning to the end of the film. Definitely worth a view.
