I am a semi fan of all the actors in this movie. From Kellita Smith from the Bernie Mac show to Gavin Houston from Tyler Perry the Have's and the Have Nots. I honestly felt like I was watching an episode of Have's and Have nots. Gavin pretty much uses the same character from that show it's hard for him to play anything but himself from what I am starting to see which is just the normal cry alot soft male character. Kyla Pratt did alright she played her role semi well. There were certain scene's she could have sold better but to me she was saved by the courtroom scene she played the Bi Polar role there really well and this is from someone who has Bi-Polar in their family my mother and in that specific scene it kind of touched close to home to see her act like that but know she cant control it. All in all this isn't there best and I just felt it was an average movie it really didn't delve into much maybe the book does a better job of explaining and could be a good read.
