This film was beautiful and heart-wrenching (SO MANY TEARS AND SO MANY SCENES THAT WERE SO HARD TO WATCH) as expected due to the nature of the content. Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones' acting was SUPERB and incredibly beautiful. Redmayne's depiction of Stephen Hawking was absolutely breathtaking, as he brought to life Hawking's wit, genius and uncrushable human spirit through struggle. As well this film allowed me to recognize what a remarkable woman Jane Hawking was and must be. The imagery and soundtrack were also a great benefit to the film. Overall, inspiring and made clearer how little I (and perhaps humans in general) know about the theory of everything...

"While there is life, there is hope".
Eddie Redmayne y Felicity Jones were perfect together. Bonita película, más romance que ciencia. La transformación del personaje muy bien lograda. Oscar prediction: best leading actor.

Almost perfect drama, that reminds you about simple rule: ''Behind every great man there's a great woman'.

One of the best movies I watch this year. Superb performance of Redmayne. Everthing perfect linked. Up to now I can't stop thinking about Hawking, and everthing his passed through. Redmayne really did a good job.

Amazing film. Truth to be said, the first time I watched it, I "hated it". I wanted more science and less romantic themes, but now I see it fits the perfect balance between both for the public. It is inspiring, both for studying science and for live.

The ending, with the experience of being a father, is just breath taking.

The intense, heartstrong, tragic saga of Professor Stephen Hawking, who succeeds professionally despite the personal and physical tolls of an early-onset ALS diagnosis. It handles the subject remarkably well, placing us in the wheelchair right beside him throughout his physical descent. When he aches, struggling with staircases, obligations and words alike, we hurt along with him. We fall head over heels for Hawking's relationship with his young love, Jane Wilde, only to watch their spark slowly flicker amidst the trials of his condition and increasing social status. It's a bittersweet combination of enduring hope and crushing loss.

Beautifully shot and superbly acted, particularly in the two lead roles, this is a wonderful encapsulation of the vibrancy of a life well-lived. Well worth watching, it's sure to move you in many different ways, and maybe even make you think twice about what you've unsuspectingly put your own loved ones through.

Beautiful. Inspiring. Emotional. An incredible adaptation of Steven Hawkings life! He has really had a harsh life (much worse than most people) and yet, against all odds he has thrived, he has built a family, had loving memories, discovered incredible theories on the universe, etc... He is truly a role model, and I think everyone should watch this film, there is so much that can be learned, on so many different levels by watching this film.
