Awesome movie. There isn't one thing I would chance about it. Great storyline.

That is a really sweet movie. I definitely recommend watching this. Perfect pace in the story, I wouldn't change a thing.

This is another favourite of mine. Rachel McAdams and Eric Bana are superb in this. The romance is complex and captivating. The time travel is allowed to stand on its own, implimenting good storytelling rather than lengthy scientic justification. The McCann sisters perfectly meld into Alba in her several ages. Most of this was filmed in Toronto and in the surrounding Ontario, so there are lots of Canadians showing up in the supporting cast (Yay! You could make a game of it - Spot the Canadian). Love the ambience of this film, the understated sense of wonder and yet still anchored in the real struggles of a relationship. Great music. Even on rewatching (multiple times over the years) I give this film a 9 (superb) out of 10. [Fantasy Dramatic Romance]

Worths your time it's a good movie with nice plot which is interesting and special.I would like it better in some points but still satisfied by the result.. 7.2/10

PERFECTION
Well isn't this a Special Special movie, absolutely charming and beautiful and I cried like a baby at the end, even 1 hour after the movie had finished I was still crying.
After watching episode 1
of the tv show of the same name and falling in love with it instantly I had to pre-order straight away on blu ray boxset so I thought I'll do the same with this 2009 movie

What a movie definitely one of the most interesting and beautiful movies I have ever seen and I was so invested right from the start right to that amazing ending.
From the children to the Adults all acting was off the charts and this spectacular movie is on a different level, and now this movie is apart of
My Multiverse Archives I look very very much forward to many,many,many+ more views.
Nothing more to say accept Holy-smokes this was a special kind of stories and superbly written. Right on with
Episode 2 of the amazing tv show.

Loved this film and had to rewatch before the television adaptation airs. Not sure what more is needed by the tv show but if they can match this for pacing, acting delivery then it will be a great show. Big shoes to follow in, please don’t mess it up!?!

I'm watching this again in 2022. I have lost count of how many times I have enjoyed this beautiful movie (I first watched this in DVD back in 2009).

This is such a beautiful blend of romance and sci-fi that I have rarely come across. You will often find yourself watching a scene between the two lovers in this movie and get emotional as your brain puts the scene in context of the time travel narrative. That's genius storytelling.

There's a show coming out this year based on this movie (https://trakt.tv/shows/the-time-traveler-s-wife-2022). I hope it is at least half as good as the movie.

This was overrated.. Loved the acting and plot was interesting hated the ending.. Pacing was HORRIBLE!!!! But Great Theme..

Overall just average

on the upside:
- interesting movie, you're curious where it's going throughout
- likable characters that act for the most part realistically

on the downside:
- lack of memorable scenes
- lack of chemistry between couple
- unsatisfying ending

Yet still enjoyable and worth a watch, especially with a partner.

i thought that i need to understand the movie if i read the book first.
but after half of the movie, i think non book reader can still enjoy iy
