OK film but not on a par with the truly greats of the genre.

Classic, star studded Hollywood cinema of old. But it doesn't reach the real epics like _Cleopatra_, _Ben Hur_ or _The Ten Commandments_. More of a cheesy love story than a real adventure movie but, I think, still worthwhile a watch as it displays how movies were at the time.

Rugged pillaging in the offering.

Unknown to both men, warrior Einar and disgraced slave Eric, are in fact half-brothers. As the kingdom of Northumbria becomes ripe for the taking, both men, with a fancy for Princess Morganna, are heading for the revelation right in amongst their bitter rivalry.
