Wrongly identified genres of Drama, Romance. This is filmed in the waiting rooms of a emergency A&E for people with no health cover

It was filmed 2012 (so pre-covid) but my understanding is that the US medical system is even worse now - it's pretty traumatic viewing seeing people desperate but accepting of their fate, and some sad social issues

Like so many people in this career, it shows the hospital team dealing with the situations, the stress, the vagueness, the different personalities, the resource constraints with a professionalism and empathy - a reminder that technical skill and administrative understanding is only a portion of the attributes needed these careers

It wasn't exciting viewing, it left a lot of questions of what happens to some of the people (both patients and staff) and felt like it could have been filmed in the course of an evening. It felt a bit like "poverty porn" watching people who need some help and a bit of good luck having to deal with the US medical system
