The documentary is well done but the subject is lame, in my opinion. So, you are sad ?? You just won an olympic medal and now you don't have anything else to do and start crying like a baby ? Guess what, go to more training, there are a LOT of athletes in the world everyday doing that and other ton of athletes that don't have the resources to achieve a dream like that, and you don't see them jumping off bridges or hanging themselves
It amazes me how delicate some people can be and how we as a society have become so over protective when what we should be doing is giving a good kick in the ass and say "hey, stop whining for stupid things like your so called mental health". There are real problems in the world, and some spoiled children crying are not worthy of so much attention

This felt like essential viewing following the Tokyo games and the very public struggles that Simone Biles went through during them. It honestly left me wondering why so many of these athletes choose to compete in the Olympics when it is a constant struggle both before, during and after competition in a myriad of ways. What hit hardest were several of the athletes admitting to suicidal thoughts coupled with footage of ones who did act on those impulses. There should be better mental health resources available for these individuals, and hopefully there will be major change in this area now that there is a huge spotlight on it.
