One of the first "A" List Hollywood films to make it to TV in 1952, thanks to Hal Roach Jr. selling his father's movies to Unity Television. Topper saw its Home Video Debut in 1981 on the Nostalgia Merchant label.

Jovial ghosts in pleasant purgatory.
