Rude, witty, and ballsy, TROPIC THUNDER is a great time at the movies. It's hard finding worth-while large budget comedies these days, but DIRECTOR Ben Stiller, supported by a strong cast and a great premise, has proved himself to be the right man for the task.

Tropic Thunder was hilarious. I regret putting it off for so long, thinking that I wouldn't like it, sry to everybody who I ever doubted about this movie. I was actually really surprised at how beautifully shot it was too, I wouldn't have expected that from this kind of movie. Gorgeous setting. The performances were all fantastic too, especially RDJ's. Probably one of my favourite comedy movies of all time now.

there are comedy movies that leave you cold, because they not hit your sense of humour. In my case these movies are everthing that Seth McFarlane produces. Ted was okay, but everything else is not my cup of tea.

Still as funny as the first time I saw this, probably way back in 2008. Good send-up on war movies and just great comedic performances all around, but especially Robert Downey Jr. **3.75/5**
