Great performances by Hackman and Freeman make this a very intriguing thriller about an seemingly guilty high society member (Hackman). He's accused of having raped and killed two teenage girls, but swears he's innocent. Under continuous interrogation by the police captain (Freeman) he breaks down and confesses to have killed the two kids. But is he really guilty?
