The film was OK, and the supporters of abortion cannot claim they were presented as monsters, since Abby's co-workers and other employees of the abortion clinic are depicted as normal and likeable women, so there is a balance between the depiction of the pro-life side and abortion supporters. The characters are not shown and black and white protagonists but have more depth. The abortion supporters think they do something to help women, and even though they deprive babies of their lives, it cannot be said that they have evil motivation for what they do. Maybe except for Abby's boss, who is a very negative and ruthless protagonist, but this can be true of most bosses, not only the ones working for an abortion clinic.

I am pro-life so I have never had any doubts that abortion equals killing a baby, so I did not need the movie to convince me, though the scene with the baby being sucked out of mother's womb was pretty terryfing, much worse than I imagined on the basis on what I read on the subject.

The change in the main protagonist Abby seems a bit forced to me, and I cannot believe that she had been working in an abortion clinic for 8 years and had no idea what abortion really was. Abortion was the core of the company she worked for and it is improbable that she had never seen the procedure before the day when she changes her mind about abortion. When her boss showed her the aborted baby, it made no impression on Abby even though the tiny hands and the head of the baby were clearly visible. She did not change her mind when she saw the documentation of her own abortion either. It seems to me that her sudden change showed in the movie is not very realistic psychologically, since as a long-time employer and the director of the clinic she should have been perfectly aware of what abortion is from the very beginning, and since she worked for the company anyway, it must have been OK with her. And then suddenly she changes her mind when she sees the baby being sucked out. I wonder if this was a genuine change of heart, as just before that she got a dressing-down from the headquarters, so maybe she wanted to resign before they fire her to do it on her terms? It is good she does not do any abortions anymore but I am not completely convinced about her conversion (of course I mean the Abby from the movie and not the real person whom I am not going to judge).
