So what I'm getting is that clearly something hasn't worked out with getting Josephine Langford back for filming much of this movie at all and so they've tried to save it by bringing in the much adored Mimi Keene as a half baked ex love interest/redemption angle while not trying to turn their backs on Tessa.

Genuinely the worst of the franchise.
Most of the movie consists of flashbacks...
Basically, the last 10 minutes are okay and even those were a waste compared to the books.

These are just not good movies. They aren't totally meh or unwatchable, they just are not good. This is the first to deviate from the books, and it spends most of its time in flashbacks and/or nonsense. My wife still enjoyed it, though, and that is what matters.

Rating: 1.5/5 - 60% - Not Recommended to Everyone

Better than the previous one.
Direction is good and especially Portugal sceneries are the plus points of the movie

This is probably the weakest of the series. Tessa is basically non-existent in the movie until the very end. Hardin runs away to an ex flame that is way to nice to him after he did her so dirty. The parents are right, but annoying. I was bored most of the movie and fast forwarded through mundane dialog. The wedding and how they get back together was ungratifying, throughout the series the connections & emotions were what kept me interested, this had none of that.

The only thing that this franchise has done is telling women that no matter what your partner has done in the past, it is okie dokie as long as he is 1) a "bad boy" and 2) throws up his hands and says he has changed like Michael Scott declaring bankruptcy

Is Hardin the least believable bad boy ever created?

This final movie in the tepid franchise should have been called Hero Worship! Langford barely got a look in this time around but perhaps she didn't want to be a major part of this ridiculous flick.

This was badly shot at beautiful locations. I have to admit Hero is cute and handsome. He looks like a man now... The acting as usual is more than a questionable. They couldn't afford Josephine so 2/3 of this movie is recycled day dream and 1/3 is just recycle. It's beyond me how they planned another one lol
