At first I was like....oh this is very clearly by the same team behind 1941 because it features the same type of "humor." I'll admit though, I warmed up to this by the end. Probably due to the super impressive, stunt-filled chase at the end. There are a few moments of SUPER CRINGE because beloved icon and personal hero Kurt Russell says a handful of very 1980, very not-cool things. I was audibly groaning during the whole "I'll act how whatever race they are to sell them a car" scene. Oh and TWO women get their breasts grabbed for laughs. Oof.

In true 80s raunchy comedy fashion, it's very un-PC, and will probably offend a lot. But it's a good ole time. The antics are soo ridiculous and over-the-top, I don't know how anyone can get upset. You can tell cast are having a blast and it's infectious.

This was a fun little movie. Not much to it but that's alright sometimes. Kurt Russel carried this one.

It struggles to start its engine with a confusing premise and after the road bump of the first half an hour finally overcomed, you don't know if someone is driving the movie anywhere. But it's still going somehow, with broken brakes over cringey jokes while loosing pieces on every poor slaps More
