I just don't even know where to start.
After the first V/H/S part, this one stands out with a slightly more bad rating. I had no goosebumps here in the **WHOLE** movie, not even as goosebumps as the first tape, from the first movie. You basically sit there all the time and don't really know what's going on at all...

The only great remarkable things are the once again relatively good tricks that have been used here to give you the best possible feeling that the material shown in the tapes is really some found footage stuff (apart from the Satan thing).
For example, I can think of the very well-hidden cuts (or just very well-planned shooting sequences).

In this movie we have almost everything that has worked well in the horror genre for the last 50 years (ghosts, zombies, a crazy satanic cult, Satan personally, aliens, etc.), but unfortunately this is rather poorly executed.

To be honest, this thing with the cult was just totally thrown together shit! Sorry, but let's be honest: [spoiler] A satanic cult that commits mass suicide by either drinking some poison or shooting themselves, then becoming zombies while some possessed "thing" run on the ceiling and the lady among the protagonists suddenly "gives birth" to a huge Satan goat from her stomach, which then runs amok? [/spoiler] **SERIOUSLY?**

In addition, the main story (that of the private detective and his wife (?)) is quite confusing and actually only gives up more questions throughout the film without answering any.

The "Ride in the Park" tape left a more comedic impression on me and if I had to decide (and only because I HAD to) what was the best tape of the anthology, then unfortunately only the last. And probably only because I have an alien-related childhood trauma, and I think everything that comes out of the water is disgusting anyway.

All in all, an _"okay"_ movie if you like found-footage movies, but also not a must-see.
