Too long and full of long winded emotional footage that added no real information. The message could have been given in 30 minutes. As usual the root cause is inefficient state run institutes and a union who's arrogans and stupidity rivals that of North Korea's. Come on! Forbidding to pay more to good teachers, refuse to sack oxygen wasters that shamelessly refuses to work because the cannot be fired an refusing to vote on proposals for improvements. How can they even remotely defend that?
