We Own the Night

The film has one decent scene. The rest is kinda boring.

This is a little unsung gem, I loved this film and everyone acts so great in this as the film is filled with tension but it is also filled with style as well. I'd love to say it's flawless but the issue I had was there was not enough Mark Wahlberg (Joseph Grusinsky) in this film but he was great in all the scenes he was in but Joaquin Phoenix (Bobby Green) absolutely steals the show and I found every scene he was in felt so natural. The film is about to brothers who have definitely taken completely different paths in life with one being the manager of a night club and the other being a high ranking police officer investigating people involved with the night club, it sounds like a simple premise but honestly, you will find yourself completely invested to find out what is gonna happen next. Don't wanna spoil anything, so all I will say is give this film a watch and enjoy :)
