[DOK.fest] A caste system that establishes the role of each one in Indian society is contested by a group of "Dalit" women (the outcasts) with the publication of a newspaper that makes visible a sector of the population, especially women, who nobody pays attention to. This vision of journalism as an instrument of activism is intelligently manifested in a documentary that speaks of bravery and courage.

I have nothing but respect for these women journalists. I give them ten stars each and collectively for their courage and determination. Having said that, for me this documentary about them falls a bit short of what it should be under the circumstances
