Fistful of Vengeance

pretty good fight scenes. definitely a situation where they couldn't get enough internal support for a 2nd season, but the fans wanted more, so they crammed as much as they could into a movie.

Fistful of Vengeance is as corny as they come, and then some. To be honest, I have no idea what this movie was about. I guess you have to have watched a show called Wu Assassins to understand what the hell is going on, but that didn't stop me from enjoying some of the fights. I just wish they would have hired a better fight choreographer, because I KNOW Iko Uwais can be better than what you get to see in Fistful of Vengeance. This ended up being not for me. I might have liked it a bit better if I had seen the series, but as it stands, I didn't care one iota about any of the characters...except maybe Pearl Thusi's Zama (She was hot as hell), and all the fighting talent could have been utilized better. Anyway...my recommendation would be to try the series, then decide if you want to see this one.
