Cecil Glenn is an established African-American actor and voiceover artist who burst onto the global stage with the hit “Whoomp! (There It Is)” as part of the hip-hop duo Tag Team. He is a true classic. His recent GEICO national commercial introduced new younger generations of fans to Glenn and this iconic song by spoofing it to “Scoop!
