Plenty of botches everywhere, but due to the awesomeness of all the matches this was still a very good pp!!!! Enjoyed it alot! 8/10

Lame that someone with no life gives a AEW PPV show a very low rating before it airs each time. Great show but Punk probably shouldn’t have won the belt since it just didn’t feel like his night. Due to some noticeable botches by him and he just couldn’t do Page’s finisher when he tried.

A fantastic 3h PPV stuck in a 4h30m show.

Of all the AEW PPVs I have seen, this is one of my least favorites…and it’s still worth every penny! It’s a very good show, with a very good match card (albeit not the order of matches I would choose). The only WWE shows to outdo it within the last year may be Wrestlemania 38 N1 where Stone Cold alone is enough to be “better”, and Crown Jewel 2021 which was simply very big matches. But focusing on this show, my biggest critique is that they often relied on gimmicky finishes which didn’t come over as well as they thought they would. And the other critique being the frequent botches (particularly in the main event). Still very highly enjoyable throughout (and this is my second time watching it), I just felt the extra flare/style they tried to pepper in was not executed as well as they normally do.
