True. But... Noe, That statement is not showing it. Season 4, things are starting to get too much filler. Hope it's just this couple of episodes. I love the show, but there is getting a bit too much filler and not engaging. Crossing fingers!

It's a shame that this show was not really known about when it was airing and will probably get skipped over now with Louis C.K.'s name on it. It's a great show with a lot of heart and soul coming from Pamela Adion. Just like C.K.'s self-titled show, this show is about random stories and events in Pamela's life and how she deals with it. There is no overarching story or any plot to follow.

This is a recommended watch if you're looking for a heart-warming comedy about parenting, especially if you're a mom.

Damn I hate this show yet I continue to watch it. It's not even funny nor is it thought provoking. I mean, if your a rich single parent family where Mom barely has to work and can jet set around to fabricate drama then maybe you can connect. I dunno.

I have seen the whole season 1 during the dry season of **Good Shows**, and I still don’t get what is the story is trying to tell or even if it’s even trying to tell one. I think that either I’m a bit too slow or the director and writers due to a lack focus keep jumping all over the place without settling in any one.

Love this show. It’s seems so simple but really it’s deep and has a lot of heart.

I liked this for S1, and have just been watching each ep and season until half way through S4. What the hell is this show even about? THere's no endearing characters or lesson in any of the episodes! It's kind of like an in-joke that you have been let in on, or a dinner party where you are a plus one, but then you realise you're the only one there that doesn't know anyone!

You know, Louis own show was often enough a bit too cringeworthy for my taste tbh but he behind the camera and together with Pamela Adlon like this again is just perfect.

Oofda, top 5 show all time for me? Absolute brilliance throughout. I want to live in that world and I wish it could have gone on 10 more seasons.

[HBO Max] Pamela Adlon's self-fiction has built an idea of the family as a space for conflicts but also for refuge, cruelty but also for love. The final season, dedicated to rebirth, however, begins with an abortion, revealing the contradictions of life. The visit to the Hollywood Forever Cemetery or the return to the origins in London achieve some magical moments, and it manages to find "The meaning of life".

Just came here to say this is a wonderful show that put smiles on people's faces, it deserves recognition for that reason alone. Pamela Adlon created one sweet series that had us rooting and crying for her troop of women of different ages just moving through the flows of life. During bleak times, it's important to have a series like this one that's purely about how kindness is all that matters. Thank you, Pamela, I'm gonna miss tuning in each week to see what the Foxes were up to.
