the main characters' stories weren't really worth watching but the side stories really made up for it and was probably the only reason i watched it all. Kim Min Seok, Fighting!

Park Shin Hye really did an amazing job in this series. I love how they didn't focus on the main character's stories only. This series reminds me of Grey's Anatomy tho and there are some parts that it feels like they used GA as their inspiration for this. The show is too long yet some characters are not emphasized that much. Esp. Lee Sung Kyung. I also don't see much of a chemistry between Park Shin Hye and Kim Rae Won. But overall, this show is a must watch and very heartbreaking. I recommend this.
