It has been an year of artistic (romance) drama but it takes one drama with actual art museum to produce the best romance rather the best couple of the year!

The plot is not extraordinary or thrilling but it gives enough leeway for both Kim Min Jae and Park Gyu Young to work their magic and provide us an ultimate entertainment.

Kim Min Jae was Jin Moo-Hak ; there is none and there will not be another such unique character ; he has portrayed the cocky prince with perfect facial expressions , body language and voice. There is no doubt there can be no one else who can do this character so well.

Its been a roller-coaster year with Park Gyu-young ; love her in IOTNO and hated her in Devli Judge and loved her as Dali ; she is an exceptional actor and her first role as female lead she mesmerizes us with perfect chemistry with KMJ and also the way she graduates from being a dumb cinderella princess to the queen worth of the prince.
> PGY might have missed her happy ending with Jinyoung and Kim Soo Hyun but she found her soulmate in Kim Min-jae .. need another drama with them stat !

the show also had good supporting characters in Won-tak , chak-hee and my god Hwang Bo-ra as Secretary Yeo Mi-ri ; she almost reminded us of Whats wrong with My Secretary with the perfect assits to Moo-hak .

Overall Dali & Cocky prince was unexpected surprise that was consistent and enjoyable to the end despite the mediocre plot like rest of the shows that release along with it but what makes it more enjoyable is the cast and beautiful art . I would recommend to binge the show and enjoy it

I can't think of another actress that could've played Da Li. She brought a lot of character and identity to the drama and made it stand out. The same thing can be said about the ML although him being too loud began to get on my nerves over time. However, I found the romance in general to be questionable. At every transition and development in the relationship, there was a clear unnatural progression to their romance. From their first kiss to opening up to traumas and the subsequent events of their relationship. I really liked that one signature background soundtrack that they kept playing but they completely stopped using it in the second half which was really unfortunate because it fit the the vibes perfectly.
