as a person who loved fringe
this show here, looks to be coming to fill that hole after they finished fringe
so far, 3 episodes watched and im enjoying.
we never know what strange things will happen and the side story with one of the main characters looks to be the main plot on this first season on my opinion
you should watch!

Loving this show, definitely filling the hole that X-Files and Fringe left behind long ago

think i'm dropping this one, conspiratorial elements of the story are moving far too slowly to endure the dreck that is the individual cases

show doesn't have anywhere near the personality to support the x-files and fringe comparisons people are making

The premise of the show doesn’t make any sense. Debris are falling from a spaceship that blow up. But each debris has a special power. So every inch of space ship is designed with a magical special power. How is that even possible. Literally every inch of meta they find does something different & has powers that has no correlation to one & another. Something to play in the background. Doubt this will get season 2.

@whos_ur_buddha to hide spoilers, you've got to use "
" at the beginning & "
" at the end.

Well will need to see more episodes to see if this is going to be awesome for me. It's a mix of Fringe with X-Files. Hopefully keeps getting better.

@tgvlx it feels either like X-Files (how dare you ;)) nor fringe. It feels just boring tbh.

The premise was really interesting, the CGI wasn't bad, the show had a lot of potential. Unfortunately they wasted that potential on a lot of pointless filler, no proper payoffs and even the season finale was incredibly underwhelming.

As this show did not get renewed I don't recommend picking it up, there are better ones to spend time on.

i'm better off re-watching the excellent "The Lost Room" TV mini-series than this (similar subject matter)

Ruined by slow development and bad acting. Shame, as the idea for the series was really interesting. Glad it is cancelled.

First episode was interesting. Just a bit cliché. A bit less cops-stuff and a bit more sci-fi and we probably be good.

The approach to the alien pieces is interesting, but it turns out disappointing. At times it's reminiscent of "Fringe" (Fox, 2008-2013) but developed as if it were "Highway to Heaven" (A&E, 1984-1989). There is a lack of definition in their intention to reach a very broad target. And it should focus more, on the unlikely event of finding a new platform after NBC canceled it. Wonderful appearance by John Noble.

No its not Fringe and its Not X-Files but its a different take on aliens and their ship, just no aliens at least not yet. Aliens could keep this show alive but I dont see it making it past season one unless the story gets moving past just, what can this piece of the debris do this week. They also need to breath more life into their main characters, literally. I give it until the end of the season and see where the story goes.

Near the end of the first episode the black officer is standing next to a car with a young boy in the backseat and no driver. Then the car and the boy are gone and the officer is still standing there. What happened to the car and the boy?

They just forgot the boy and moved on and ended the episode. Doesnt give me any reason to watch.

It creepy, blood is coming out of people's eyes. It's clear, whatever the story is, they will drag it out f o r e v e r. And it's too weird anyway.

I like the show and I like how every episode has all this different takes on the effects the debris has but other than this the way they handled this seems stupid. Just different pieces of same “metal” but somehow all have all these different and unique properties.

Started off decent but got boring after about 5 episodes, can see why it was cancelled but it’s a shame because of it had done a season of “freaks of the week” it probably would have lasted longer.

Good idea but poorly executed. First episode was a "love-conquers-all" story ... pretty dreary. Second ep. seemed disjointed. Not for me.

as mentioned by others, if you enjoyed the x files, fringe or even project blue book you will enjoy this show. if you can't stand violence or stretching your views of what's possible, move on. I plan to watch every episode of season one. as Clarke stated "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.

what is strange is that i just found out that this was cancelled after one season
how
why

my bet is that the tv that payed this is probably small?

Best hope now is that netflix pick this serie and produce more seasons... plenty of things to explore

#netflix lets go, buy debris rights!

@nelsonserie It was broadcasted on NBC, and created by Universal. Both are big industry leaders. It is not a money thing, it is a ratings issue. The show had promise, but ultimately it did not attract enough viewers (especially for NBC standards) and it probably was simply too average to attract enough viewers.

This show had potential but the creators or the writers fucked it up. 13 episodes of nothing moving forward except more questions being generated along with new characters with no background. No wonder they canceled this wanna be Fringe show. Don’t bother watching it.
