MOON sentences HEI to death. CHU begs MOON to forgive HEI. MOON orders TIN to let HEI go. TIN sends MOON back to the capital. CHU uses a false dead body to cheat TIN. TIN thinks that HEI has already burnt to death. MOON feels grateful with CHU`s help. HEI and MEI seclude themselves in a small town. CHU brings MOON to see HEI for the last time under the rain. MOON knows that there is no hope to be with HEI. MOON then asks CHU to marry her. CHU knows that MOON has asked him impulsively. He thus refuses MOON. CHU goes to the broader for a few months.
