Great series! [spoiler] I really enjoyed Gabe's and Helen's relantionship, I felt it was a great representation of second chances, and I particularly liked how they handled their feelings with and towards each other. Gabe was just a great character: understanding and non-judgemental. Also, the way they portraited the relantionship between foster and biological parents, and the child, especially since it's a teenager, was amazing. [/spoiler] [spoiler]Phillip and Lukas were a treat to watch as well. Interesting to see the struggles of Lukas, who had an homophobic mentally, and the acceptance, patience and pain of Phillip as they went throught discovering how much they liked each other, while having to deal with a murderer on their shadow at the same time. [/spoiler] [spoiler]Finally, the connection and understanding between Helen and Ryan was also intriguing! How close the situations and feelings were, but how their handling them led them in completely different paths. [/spoiler] I highly recommend it as I believe it is a very good representation of issues that arise in modern society. 10/10
