90% of this is b-roll of either people dramatically looking out of cafe windows or montages of tape reels spinning
it's not bad but I think it would have fit better into a movie than a series

A captivating documentary series that dives into the world of organized crime in 1980's New York. The show weaves together interviews with law enforcement officials, mob experts, and former mafia members to paint a vivid picture of the era. The archival footage and reenactments are used effectively to enhance the narrative, creating an immersive viewing experience.

Trash television. If I could do it again, I wouldn't waste my time.

It's ok. Nothing new if you are familiar with the story, but it is well realized.

Has this been done before in movies? Sure. Is it short & FBI glorification? Sure. But is it good entertainment to pass the time. Yup. The 3 episode mini Series is well crafted & riveting piece. It tells the story on how the golden age of organized crime was ended by the FBI and does a great job. It’s a gripping time piece of the 70s / 80s and a fitting requiem for the Italian mob. I would recommend watching it.
