'Can't believe people are fanboying this show already. Give it no chance, it won't be even close the same as TWD ...' - U get my point!? Word against word. At least argue, so other people get your opinion. Just saying. Peace

Think that most people not look TWD because of "Zombie-Killing", I mean that's what is different in TWD compared to other Zombie-Stuff in the first place - and there is a lot. TWD has the social aspects influenced by Zombie-Outbreak, same stuff I like from Cyperpunk (Society influenced by (cyber-)technology). In FTWD I don't see this at the moment like it should, that results in my momentarily votings. I see only stereotypes switching actions from unrealistic stupid to unrealistic "superhuman", sometimes annoying through bad acting or bad writings or bad directing. And the main characters seem to be the only one knowing a bit!? Really, other humans are so extremely stupid not to see??? Police and goverment already gave up and telling noone - try to cover it up. Screenwriting is good, but has it from TWD - so I'm not surprised. Yeah, 2. episode was better, but still not so good that the spin-off series earns an existence imho

I completely agree with Jamatiknakmuay. The writing is poor, and the acting is really bad. It's pretty hard not to bash the show when it's given us 5 extremely boring episodes. I'm sorry if you think I'm exaggerating, but I'm really not. The Walking Dead is a really good show, but this however probably won't make it to season 3.

Yeah I think people are allowed to bash the show now. The writing I agree was mediocre, I didn't see anything wrong with the acting. The whole series seemed like a soap opera, so yeah, they were pretty boring. In my opinion the last episode was the best by far. It was explosive and suspenseful. The point I was trying to make with first post was that people were judging the show based on the pilot.<br />

Gotta say I have the absolute opposite opinion. We all know it is going to turn to total anarchy real soon. It is fascinating to see it lingering in the "wtf is going on" before that happens. I find that this happened way too fast in TWD and in World War Z.

@redshirt 100% agree on that. First episode is very slow, boring. I give it a chance and boy next episodes are much much better.
