**MY THOUGHTS ON FUTURAMA:**

[spoiler] Wow, what a journey this was! There were some ups, some very high highs, some lows and some rock bottoms. Overall I'm going to look back on this show and smile when I think of it, It's always going to have a place in my heart. This show had it all really, it was funny, sad, had some brilliant action, a funny story in each episode and even romance! [/spoiler]

[spoiler] It took me so long to finally get round to watching this, I could never be bothered to get into it but I'm honestly so glad I finally caved in and decided to watch it. There were some moments in it when I wish they did a lot better and times where I thought a couple seasons were boring but there was always a saving grace even at it's lowest points, there was always an episode that reminded me why I love Futurama so much and it always kept me watching. [/spoiler]

[spoiler] The characters were... Okay. There were some great characters (such as Bender), some okay characters (such as Leela) and then some god damn annoying characters (such as Fry). Even though I liked Fry's character at times I thought he was so childish and dumb. It actually started to ruin some episodes because the plot would be amazing and all I'd want is Fry to just be a little bit more serious so we could see what the outcome would be without him messing it all up. One episode that stood out and what I really enjoyed was "Law and Oracle" Season 6 - Episode 16. In this episode we get to see Fry take a serious job and actually mature and it was so enjoyable to see him actually act normal for once.. But of course he ruins it. [/spoiler]

[spoiler] Another thing that annoyed me was Leela using Fry. It felt like she used him as an emotional punching bad at times and used him because she knew no matter what he'd always be there swooning over her. I got quite irritated at their romance near the end of the show because I couldn't see them getting together and I wished they'd either stop the fake romance or just let them be together and thankfully they actually let them be together! And my GOD both characters were SO much better once they were "in love". [/spoiler]

[spoiler] The finale was so beautiful and it wrapped everything up so well, it showed us that Futurama never really ends and it all comes full circle and I'm honestly so happy with that ending. It felt that it was the right ending for the show and it was quite beautifully poetic. [/spoiler]

[spoiler] Overall I'm always going to look back on this show fondly. Yes it had some bad moments but it also had some beautiful moments, it made me laugh a fair few times and for that in itself I'm grateful. [/spoiler]
