If you search trakt.tv for "Horace and Pete", at the time of this writing 4 results are returned pertaining to this series specifically, all in different state of completion, as far as metadata is concerned.. One of the search results has all 6 episodes. TMDb, which trakt.tv uses, has the complete set, but TVDb, which is ultimately used to import the show into trakt.tv, does not have any entries for the show that I can find. I'll see if I can resolve this.

from what i can tell TVDB refuses to acknowledge this as a legitimate series and is citing some rule about web series needing 10 or more episodes to be entered into the database. and any communication from users to try and convince them otherwise is met with locking the thread and citation of the rule.

This show makes you feel like you're sitting in a theater, watching a play. It feels all warm and cozy, though the characters and dialogs are depressed and disturbed. Its funny in an unfunny way, sophisticated in a layman's way, and plainly unpretentious.

Highly recommended.

So great to see a show brave enough to bring an almost unedited, essentially written for theater piece to the television. In the spirit of many greats from the past.

Long and interesting unedited shots, honest acting, interesting topics. All in all a very heartfelt and authentic style which takes the time it needs to tell its story. Bravo!!!

BEAUTIFUL. Experience this truly wonderful piece of art.
Watched 9min of episode 10 thinking it was episode 1, SO impressed, watched all 10 episodes in order, in one sitting, then wrote this, still emotionally reeling in awe.

One of the single most greatest television programmes I have ever seen. Laurie Metcalf's monologue in one of the episodes is one of the best bits of television acting I can recall. A must watch.

Yes, it's like being at the theatre, a 9 hour long play in which everyone monologues about their miserable life. Apparently not one person in this guys life leads a humdrum life.

It's unusual. It's intense at times. It is real and you can relate to it. It is a slow-paced drama with a touch of comedy and everything else. It's like watching life happen in front of your eyes, with everything that comes with it including boring stuff. That's what makes it real. It's the opposite of traditional entertainment where you hear constant punchlines and where everything delivered has a purpose. This just shows you some people living normal lives so you interpret things your way. There are lots of thoughtful and provocative conversations.

I only watched it because Louis CK made it but now I'm happy I did as it provoked so many emotions inside me. Louis CK is arguably the best stand up comedian of our time so I know he knows his stuff, but I didn't know he could write, direct, and act beautifully in a drama and produce this work of art.

Great writing, great performances, gripping drama and a tiny hint of humour. Louis CK is one of the great contemporary authors.

It felt like something in between theater and sitcom. Even though there is not much going on, the well-written dialogues and terrific performances are enough to keep you entertained until the end. It gets a little too preachy when dealing with politics, but that's exactly what happens when you get drunk in a bar with random people.
