Inside Man

Convoluted. Full of plot holes and nonsensical decisions. Doesn't actually answer any of the questions that it raises. It had so much promise as well. Such a shame.

Interesting topic in concept, boring and in some parts ridiculous execution, with no big effort to examine the topics it wants to explore in more detail, staying surface level and trying to masquerade it with some classic Moffat "clever" dialouge. And - as always - yet again another Moffat-Show that revolves around a man that is just TOO cool and smart but offers nothing more interesting than that - like idk, maybe an actual interesting character? Sorry for being cynical but after Who, Sherlock, The Devils Hour, Jeckyll I kind of get the feeling all these supposed "clever boys" are just a glaring self-inserts on Moffats part who thinks he's just too clever for his audience. In stark contrast to the self-perception I allege here - this series is convoluted, full of plot contrivances and nonsensical decisions.
