One of 2007's hidden gems. Criminal it didn't run and run and run. Strong characters, and it wasn't scared to let each episode build on itself.

problem = each ep you go into knowing u have to spend lots of time with a new character with a big sad sobby miserable backstory. this is the same problem as with all "Rescue/Save of the Week" TV shows like this and: God Friended Me Touch Reverie Believe Touched by an Angel etc.

If you liked Quantum leap...this show is for you! Can't understand how such a great show didn't make it. I wished it would come back via netflix or something. So many questions left unanswered. Gees...really like this series.

Usual generic "goes back in time to not very interesting time periods and does not very interesting things" and to make it worse, one of the things that is supposed to make it different is that his ex is also somehow time traveling (the time traveling is not explained in the pilot) and so it causes "drama" with him and his current wife. Just no. You don't put a love triangle in my time travel.

I wouldn't go as far as to say that this show is "great" but it certainly had its moments, and when the logic side of the story fails the human side of it saves the day. At first I wasn't totally hooked, but I got quickly attached to these characters and was curious about what will h More
