**MY THOUGHTS ON KIPO AND THE AGE OF WONDERBEASTS:**

_**-WARNING: Spoilers Below-**_

Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts was a beautiful cartoon that shows you it's okay to be who you are and to be proud of who you are. There's so many different topics mentioned in this show and it's all done beautifully without any form of negative impact. I'll always look back on this and smile because the journey was so beautiful.

The characters are all lovely with the duo of Dave and Benson being my favourite. Dave is possibly one of the funniest characters in the show, it's always hilarious when he grows into his super stage and then **poof** instantly turns old again. No characters are poorly written and they're all fleshed out and beautiful to watch, the characters are all a treat.

The show is good for both young viewers and older viewers alike with many topics and scenes that people from all ages can enjoy. The story isn't complicated at all to follow so you can play a game or do something else whilst watching the show and you'll still understand what's happening. The only downfall I'd say is at times it gets quite slow and boring and a few episodes ended up being a bit disappointing.

I wasn't too much of a fan of the final season, I felt like it was a little too rushed in comparison to the first season, the second season was good but it wasn't near as memorable as the first though. I love that Kipo and the rest of the squad all slowly matured throughout the show and if you compare the characters in season 3 to themselves in season 1 it almost feels like they're different people. I love it when cartoons manage to pull something like that off.

Overall I enjoyed this, at times I lost a lot of focus on it but it never ruined the experience for me. I wish the final season was a little bit better but it wasn't bad to the point where it ruined the show.

**Overall rating: 7/10**

It's a great show with your typical goodie protagonist on top. But it's not scared to show that good intentions wont always solve things. It's a show where Kipo, the main character, is contantly being push for trying to see good in others. The arcs feel very satisfactory without getting too dark. And the animation and set pieces are amazing. All witha super unusual but equialy great soundtrack that blends everything in a tidy box.

-Great music
-Cool set pieces/action
-hopeful but not naive

What else can you ask for kids show? both adult and kids will have a blast with this one while actually telling a well crafted and compelling story. The only thing I can complain, is some of the villains feel rather easyto forget. And deux ex macchina every where all the time

It's hard to believe that _Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts_ released all three of its seasons in just this one year, and that's definitely a feat. With that, while falling off a bit in a few areas, this is one of the most entertaining shows I've seen in quite a while.

_Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts_ is a unique story about mutes (short for "mutant animals") and humans trying to co-exist in a post-apocalyptic future. Our main character, Kipo, awakens from her home and onto the surface world, where she tags along with another group of survivors to track down her family and her true purpose. I think what's so great about this story is not only the originality of this futuristic world, but its way of pacing! Like I said, this series came out in its ENTIRETY within a year, and its with that release scheduling of 30 episodes in total that makes this a story worth tuning into. And while I personally thought the story's message was conveying a bit too much towards its final episodes, and that some of the plot holes remained unanswered in the end, the overall plot will keep many entertained and satisfied...no filler in sight!

What I think this show's actual strength however, compared to several other cartoons I've seen, is its overall style. The animation quality, while not unique, is very action-heavy and presented in exilerating motion. And to top it all off, a pretty incredible soundtrack that helps blend the on-screen action smoothly with a mix of hip-hop, rock, and even EDM tracks. Everything complements each other, and it just works so damn well!

I found myself really entertained with _Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts_, with its stylish presentation and perfected story pacing. There's really nothing else like it right now within our modern-day generation of animated television. Rest assured, this is gonna be one of those special cartoons that I'm gonna really miss over the course of time, and that deserves credit on its own.
