Sure, Kitchen Confidential wouldn't have won any Emmys or accolades for its comedy, but it embodied a lot of what is right with sitcoms. It was funny for a start, the cast worked well together, the stories were interesting, and the overall effect was a sitcom you'd enjoy watching and come back to. It's rather saddening that it got cancelled.
