Now that the new school year has begun, Takezou will have to seek out new members into the club, or the club will become terminated. Out of nowhere, a new member barges into the near-abandoned club room, demanding to join the club. How will Takezou be able to keep his club alive and deal with this rascal of a new member?

Definitely looking forward to the next season! **Edit (After Watching Season 2):** This was one of the best anime of this year. With an impressive plot and beautiful animation, it gave me a wonderful experience. The funny scenes were very hilarious. Even though I've only known about Koto from this anime but there last performance was very heart-warming to me. Only minus point was they didn't show much of Satowa x Chika or Hiro x Takezo :weary:, but it was never a romcom anyway. If another season got announced, I'd definitely be hyped. :fingers_crossed:

Decent slice of life anime about an obscure instrument. Can't say I'm rushing to watch it, but the character dynamics are there, and they've shown some teases to great animation during the playing sequences. Will keep on the burner during slower weeks.

I absolutely love the manga, so I was pretty disappointed at the art and animation (though it did improve a little in S2). It didn't do the source art justice at all, but I suppose that's expected since it's not very popular. I kept watching mainly for the amazing OST, the voice acting and to re-experience the story. If anime is the only way you consume these stories, I'd def recommend it because the story and characters are amazingly developed. If not, I highly recommend reading the manga. The art is on another level there.
