Kroll Show

Kroll Show is a unique blend of characters, sketches, and superb parody that borders on genius satire. While there may be some weak sketches, the show overall is very strong through ongoing parodies of reality TV shows on cable in the '00s. Nick Kroll creates a wide array of characters that each have multiple story arcs that continue to the end of the series. Although Kroll is the star, the standout performer is definitely Jon Daly. Daly somehow delivers an hilarious, over-the-top character performance that is made even funnier by the tiny, subtle details he finds to highlight. You know a good actor when you can see the character's thoughts on their face, and Daly fully commits. If you can watch "Oh, Hello" and "Too Much Tuna" and not have at least one uncontrolled laughing fit at them, then you need to go see a doctor and have yourself checked out, you may have something very wrong with you. Kroll and Mulany are so funny as these characters, they actually went on to have a show on Broadway.
