It's always the same with NBC we get all excited for a series and then they cancell or make them irrelevant trying to fill season after season instead of going for a proper plot.

@theitfixer As is tradition. This trend ruined most of the TVShows for me and I kind of tend to go with miniseries more these days. Or wait until the show is over before I start it.

I don't understand how the writing on a major network show could be this bad. Maybe it's the target audience, maybe it's that they're trying to appeal to everyone and so appeal to no one, but I seriously feel dumber after watching this. It's a shame since I really wanted to like this show. I'll continue watching, but like many have already said, it most likely gets canceled.

Hilarious how they've been stranded here for however long & the women are still all wearing makeup every day :joy::joy::joy::joy::joy:. everyone has good hair. even the tribe people. This show makes such little sense on so many levels btw... Very NBC mystery 2010-2020's. Just bad. I've been trying to hold on since episode 1... Seemed interesting, but it just kept being ridiculous. Anyone else feeling it?

I don't really see this getting a second season. I love the idea but the execution of this show is pretty bad. How did 20 square blocks equate to a handful of cars, a couple dozen people and not much else? We should see the entire block in bits and pieces all over the place, along with plumbing, electrical, subways, etc.

And this formula of the "super star" lead that is a Navy SEAL, a successful medical doctor and basically a master of all things is getting tired. Special effects look like something from the 90's.

I'm giving a couple more episodes before giving it the boot. It has a Lost vibe but without anything that made the first few seasons of Lost interesting. And the only character worth liking is the Indian stoner.

I say this looks promising for a first episode though the actors performance was lacking.
Some of the characters were giving off very calm vibes. So I couldn't connect with any of them.
I give it a 6/10. The visuals were nice. . .
From the first episode, I can tell that this will be a good season.
The scenario is quite interesting, and I can't wait to see where the story goes.
I'm enjoying it so far.

Holy shit. I bailed at the opening credits. The circa-1990s effects are as abysmal as the "acting". I'd rather be waterboarded and forced to watch anti-vax, pro-trump idiots babble on oan then endure another second of this shitshow.

For now I have not liked it, the actors put very little desire, the idea is good, they try to put money in the special effects, but the truth is that they make many silly decisions, as boys, if I add how bad they act...it does not convince me at all.

Finally got around to see this and I loved it. But there's are some cons, the first it's on NBC so chances this gets cancelled are high. Then the story won't be for everyone, especially those who love to cherry pick faults on fiction shows by comparing it to reality.
If none of this bothers you, then you have a hell of a promise of an entertaining show. I hope you enjoy it.

Watched it not expecting much. My expectations were meet and its bad. The 100 is better (The target audience of both tv shows are the same). BTW I'm not a big fan of The 100! But looking at NBC's line up. I guess over the top melodrama is their bread and butter! My prediction.. one season and its cancelled.

I've seen too many shows like this. It's... not good. Either it's gonna get cancelled too soon or they're gonna drag it out for as long as they can _and_ then we'll get a terrible explanation. I don't know which is worse.

Story line seemed at least somewhat interesting.
Was hoping it would engage me more but the characters and the acting are way off.
It was a struggle to get through the 1st episode (failed the nod off test) .
Some shows tend to start this way until the actors get comfortable but I couldn't buy into some of
it. A psychiatrist that wants to shoot himself? seems a little counter intuitive.
Probably not going to stay on my watch list already.

2 episodes in and I'm not really diggin' it.

It has a very Dome or Lost feel to it - but both are better than this.
It has a low-budget feel and something I can't put my finger on that just doesn't grab me or really want to continue watching..Maybe because it's filmed in Australia has something to do with it...nothing much comes out of there that's good - no disrespect.

My big issue with it is all that stuff that fell from the huge hole and only little bits of stuff are in the past - really?! We're talking 20+ square (round) blocks and there's not even enough stuff from an empty parking lot in the past.
