> Season1 : Theme : Lonely Foodies with Noona romance and perils of living alone in Seoul for a lady

We have a couple of Foodies ; an Insurance-Foodie blogger and an assistant at attorney ; living as neighbors joined by a innocent college girl that tagged along for all their meals. We also have a misogynistic Attorney and his assistant who constantly pick on the Female Lead or snicker behind on a co-workers face. We also have an usual love/quad triangle [spoiler] The Second lead chases after FL for 10 yrs as mistreats her with many sexist remarks and suddenly confesses and asks her to understand his behavior is through jealousy while the Noona who has given up on marriage or romance slowly has sparks with the neighborhood foodie and this causes jealousy in the naive girl who is constantly under trouble due her lack of understanding of society . [/spoiler] We also have a funny neighbors , friends and restaurants to fill our bellies up .

Even if you don't care of the societal issues of single women and love triangle ; you will enjoy the display of mouth watering food .. !! Lets Eat !



> Season 2 : Theme : Lonely Foodies with a Gold Digger and perils of living alone even in a closed neighborhood.

The core theme remains same ; as young lonely people start meeting each other both romance and food bromance surfaces in their lonely lives. Unlike previous edition where the FL chases after the ML and SL chases after FL and SFL chases after FL ; the relationship roles are reversed. We have a couple of Foodies ; who are childhood archenemies joined by the contract to make Mr.Tasteless (NonFoodie) marry Ms.CalorieCounterFoodies who life goal is to marry and settle with a guy with stable job. [spoiler] As the story progresses and over many meals the ML falls for FL and vice-versa while the SL is starving the FL through the dates ; as they nothing gets a womans heart more than food ; meanwhile unlike the innocent SFL we have a cunning fox that has men wrapped around her finger although with good morals to no lay hands on men that are already taken. The Grandma , Realtor and the Baeksu all add more mystery and food to the table [/spoiler] .

As the second feels eerily similar to the first ; Baek Soo Ji is no damsel like Lee Soo Kyung and actually brings some stardom to an underrated show . She is smooth with her acting and expressive which makes Season 2 more enjoyable .

Guest appearance by Happy ; The Dog is also a welcome sight as always.

I don't have any plans to watch Season 3 as I am satisfied with Season 2 ending more than Season 1. You can watch Season 2 without Season 1 but skip the first 10 minutes of the show where the attorney's office discuss the Post-Season [spoiler] break-up[/spoiler] news
