It started off good with the same setting like that of SAO but as it progressed further it became quite dull and repetitive. Most of the episodes felt like a filler. Story was definitely on the good side but the plot was not something I was expecting from this type of anime.
Main attractions were the ending theme of Season One and Akatsuki, Obviously and on the bright side it was less cringy then most of the anime(s) in the same genre.
Overall it is a decent show with a fine animation!

I read a lot of FEMMORPG AKA "Full Emerge Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game" Books and I also play a lot of MMORPG and watch some MMORPG anime. This Anime is okay I just a little disappointed about the lag of real Game data and skill info and lore guidance in this anime. also when they show level info and weapon info an so on it disappears way to quick more time then none. I have to pause the anime just to see what is said so from an MMORPG view this is a bad made Anime not as bad as SAO but still not ½ as good then it could be. but I also use a lot of time watching anime and from an anime view, I have to say this one is one of the better anime. I do like it I just wish they were more in-depth with the RPG aspect but maybe that would have made many none RPG fans not watching it but still I don't like things ½ done. but overall I would still give this one a small 3½ out of 5.

Horrible opening, but an okay show.

Season 1 was a phenomenal hook into the series, and while there were some really good moments in season 2, there was also a lot of really slow paced filler / plot development episodes where nothing really happened until the very last minute of the episode to act as a cliffhanger into the next episode where the process repeats.

The animation and music were about average for an Anime of the genre, but the Ending theme was phenomenal so that was a definite plus. This show definitely **could've** been something really special with gorgeous animation and scenic views, action scenes that build character development and plot at the same time, and more. But instead what we got was a decent Anime that was still worth the watch.

Recommended, but not the Anime of the century, let alone the decade.
