Because this is a historical drama, Wikipedia spoiled the story for me. The story is silly, but everytime Park Bo-Gum smiles :heart_eyes::smiling_face_with_3_hearts::smiling_face_with_3_hearts:.

This is what you would get if you mixed a star crossed lovers story, a la Romeo and Juliet, except, you know, with a big social class difference between them; Mulan and maybe a little bit of Cinderella, and set it all as a historical drama. Had its fair share of laughs as well as angsty, teary moments. I enjoyed it very much, and the leads were absolutely adorable together! Had great chemistry. Also really good secondary characters. I would definitely watch it again!
