The megalomaniacal supervillain M.O.D.O.K. has long pursued his dream of one day conquering the world. It’s nice to see Marvel do an adult animated show. I don’t think this show is great, but it does have its moments where it makes me laugh. I’m hoping that this show at least does well enough where Marvel won’t scrap the idea of doing any adult animated shows in the future.

Personally, I did not find this entertaining at all and I'm a huge Marvel geek. I think if they went non-family sitcom style and just made a comedic version of MODOK fighting with the cherished Marvel catalog I would have loved it probably. I just didn't laugh really and if you don't have a deep knowledge of AIM and MODOK you will be even worse off. (like my girl) Too hardcore of a reference to make average fans enjoy.

It feels like they tried to make a mashup of Marvel, Robot Chicken & Despicable Me except it's not funny or entertaining.

Even Nathan Fillion couldn’t save this for me. There were so many times that I asked myself why I continued to torture myself by finishing the season. It got so that I wasn’t even fully paying attention.
