Good show. It had an interesting concept, one I've never seen anything similar to. The comedy was pretty decent but nothing I'd consider really, really funny. I'm sure a lot of people feel the same way. I'd still say you should at least give the show a shot. For most of you, you'll probably consider it absolutely horrible or not your cup of tea, which is completely fine. That's what I think.

Edit, upon watching and finishing the second season: The first season was a nice introduction to the show, but the second season is where it's at. There was more of a budget, though, to be fair, would a show like this need a bigger budget to be better? I don't think that's specifically the case, but the bigger budget did play a part in the greater overall enjoyment in comparison to the first season. It felt like there was more of a story, which contributed to the level of enjoyment as well. I don't know, it just felt better. I'm not very good at writing something out in regards to a show in some cases, and this is one of them, so that's all that comes to mind, so to speak, and came of letting my fingers do their thing rather than thinking of what to write, word by word.

This show is like DarkMatter2525 meets The Good Place. If you like both, you should find some enjoyment in this show. The main female character is rather generic and overall uninteresting, but the other characters make up for it. This is also the kind of show where it is obvious from the beginning that some sort of romance will be forced between the main male and female characters, but you desperately hope the show doesn't go through with it because those characters have ZERO chemistry (like, even less chemistry than Chidi and Elanor in The Good Place). The first season is short (7 episodes, 30 minutes each), which prevents it from dragging on or being stuffed with filler. Perhaps the best part of this show for me is the unintended consequences on Earth following each action taken in Heaven. That poor journalist became my favorite trope in the show, and I hope he can make a return for season 2.
All in all, pretty all right show. Easy to binge watch. Bit too predictable and not *quite* as original as I would have liked, but it has certainly earned its place among the numerous religion-based dramas appearing these days. 7/10 from me...

Not as good as the cast and concept should be. Wastes Steve Buscemi on a poorly written character. That said, still some light fun worth 30 minutes of your time. 3/5

okay so lets start by saying i wasnt looking forward to my lord and savior being made as a mokckry but i tried this and i feel no difrent about the coach potato God but however the show is fresh sweet heartwarming and very very funny
