With the show also being £100,000 over budget, Jonathan realises in order to get Series 2, he may have to fire one of the stars in order to stay on budget. Jonathan decides on getting rid of one of the three biggest stars. Jason, Martine or Hugo.

With no Jonathan for this crucial episode, Sam is left in charge.

As Jonathan feels out of the loop and the tea run, he moves into the production office, distracting the writers with his noisy habits.
