I liked the direction this drama was taking but didn't really like how the story was progressing. I like how some issues were discussed and portrayed in the drama and how they were taken seriously and not used as a means of getting laughs. The way the characters progressed and matured was quite nice. I would say that I liked this drama and enjoyed it at times but found it to be a bit dragging and dull at some parts. I honestly finished this drama because I love Eun Woo and because I wanted to know how it ends and what happens to some characters.

The first half was good, they tackled a cliche topic in an interesting and well-achieved way. The second half was a waste of time for me, very slow and the main couple very bored and childish.
The performances were not remarkable, Cha Eun Woo improved a lot but he was forced to act like a tough guy.
The soundtrack was the best.
I'll give a 7.5 to the first half and a 7 to the second half, wishing that jTBC do a better job in his next drama.

Episode average rating: 7.37 (+ 0.15 for the music + 0.15 for acting) = 7.62 total rating, rounded up to 8/10:star:

I think it was pretty fun, but I'm a huge fan of slice-of-life series set in college, so this was right up my alley. Leads were endearing and the romance was wholesome. Standout from the series in terms of execution was the
reconciled mother-son relationship
. The side characters and their stories weren't that interesting lol but I do have a huge crush on Yoo Eun; Park Youna is gorgeous.

I didn't mind Eunwoo's performance at all, and thought that he acted well enough for who his character was. I'm actually not a fan of stoic male leads (I prefer goofier personalities like Wooyoung) but I liked Kyungsuk well enough here; the episode where we
had to budget money and find work
was particularly funny to me. The fact that I could tell what he was thinking and feeling from his micro expressions, considering we never hear this actual thoughts in the show, is impressive.
(Also in my head Sua is a lesbian and ends up finding true love with Eun)
Almost painfully cute couple - check
MC with low self-esteem but great sense of style who can totally stand up for herself - check
Antagonist you can despise the guts of until about the last episode - check
Some positive messages that are quite straightforwardly addressed - check

Overall: fun, if a bit slow after the first couple episodes.

>> True Beauty in College setting

Decent !! If you have watched True Beauty this has similar performance ; only that True Beauty is more entertaining and FLs struggles were more relatable.

CHa EUn-woo does the usual cool , chic guy that girls swan over and Im Soo-Hyang is the FL with insecurities.

We also a decent third wheels in Hyun Soo-A and Woo-Young ; although you would want to punch Soo-A through the screen the actor has really carried the show on the shoulders
how crazy is it she breaks up all the couples .. guys and girls she doesn't care about
Watch it if you are interested in a college dating show with fore-warned bullying and body shaming.
