The way Han MF Sohee ate this whole serie, we don't have choice but to stan!
And I thought Choi Kang Hee was the only Woman who can rock action dramas, gurl better watch out!

Great ! Seriously ! Simple old school fight movie. And big thanks to Koreans for not begin woke :smile: Zero,none,null of lgbtqwert+ agenda and rest of these woke marxists bs . I really don't know why Netflix approved that script :) Especially there is no ugly, brutal sex scenes every 20 minutes like in Netflix's US productions... There is only one very gentle and natural scene in last episode. Bravo !

Really good watch. I hope people stop asking for a 2nd season. This is good how it is. But if they bring the same cast in a different format I would watch for sure. Best show for me this year.

Slick expensive Netflix production coupled with the worst overall plot you could fear for.

I liked the ending, but I also found the last 2 episodes to be quite contrived. The series definitely peaked with episode 6, which was, imo, incredible.

Also, and I have to mention this, Han So-hee's performance was astounding! Her range as an actress is very impressive. I'm not familiar with her other works, but I'm definitely a fan of her.

The main actress and the actor playing the crime boss are really phenomenal and carry this show. That being said, this series' quality just went down and down from the very high point of the first episode. It went from a hard-hitting exploration of a grief-stricken woman on a path of vengeance, to a middling cop show, to bloody but very melodramatic soap opera with emotions turned to 11 and flashbacks every five minutes.

Also, while the music was fantastic in the first episode, by the time I had heard it 50 times I was very much done with it.

Great crime drama. The shows manages to give the characters enough depth during the 8 episodes. It really reminds the viewer that revenge will not end well for anyone. The fight scenes are very well done, although Ji-woos abilities seem a bit over the top at times. The sound effects could be more subtle, especially during the stabbings.

Overall, My Name was a pretty good for a thriller and action show! It's brutal, tragic & dark. Enjoyed it enough to finish and was at the edge of my seat with nearly each episode...those cliffhangers, twist & turns. Can be quite slow at times, but not too much of a drag from what I remember.

As a woman myself, I love that this has a female lead. Great acting performances especially from Jiwoo & Mujin. There were many objectively unlikable and morally corrupt characters here, but those aren't complaints. Main story, dialogue and side characters were also interesting.

Cinematography and editing were well-done. The action sequences and fight choreography were some of the highlights here. Seriously the fighting scenes kind of crazy. Some things I disliked were Jiwoo's time at the training gym and romance aspect. Not really sure how I feel about the ending.

Will check out season 2 if they make one.

Great action with a solid story. Especially the final episode was intense. The only thing that bothered me was the egregious overuse of the theme song throughout almost every scene.

So far, the best 2021 Show.

wow what a show! i enjoyed it veryyyyyy much. i loved it so much.

Lots of time-filling and pacing not always consistent, but lots of fun when the exhilarating brawling starts. And intriguing enough to make you want to see it through to the end.

Excellent show! This is a rock-solid, revenge, action, crime show. So-Hee puts in a really good performance and makes us feel her pain.

not an original story, but great execution, acting, production and OST. 10/10 highly recommended revenge series

A decent action drama that lacks good writing but is good enough to semi-mindlessly binge on.
